Alice Demske, 26, is a native of Dallas, Texas. She began her piano studies at the age of four and began teaching at age fourteen. She gained her undergraduate degree in piano performance at the Royal Academy of Music in London, England. While there she completed the Royal Academy Teaching Certificate program. She then went on to complete a postgraduate and Master's degree at the Royal College of Music, London. She is now completing a Doctorate of Musical Arts program at the University of Missouri - Kansas City.

During her six years in England she studied under some of the world's finest teachers and performers, including Pascal Roge (concert pianist), Stephen Hough (concert pianist), Veda Kaplinsky (head of Juilliard Keyboard), Paul Badura-Skoda (concert pianist), Marc Durand (piano teacher, Quebec), Irina Zaritskaya (teacher, London), and Martin Roscoe (concert pianist/head of Royal Northern keyboard). Such tutelage enabled her to successfully participate in the international piano competition scene. She has won numerous awards and regularly performs in both solo and chamber music venues. Most recently she was invited to compete in the Sydney International Piano Competition of Australia.

Alice has taught all ages and levels. She focuses primarily on classical repetoire but has experience in many other areas, including jazz. She teaches at a studio, but can easily travel to students homes. Her lessons are upbeat and cheerful, exemplifying her primary desire - to help her students achieve their goals.
