Grace and her family just moved from Seattle, Washington to Saratoga, California in the summer of 2015 and is welcoming new students in her studio!
She has a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from The University of Texas at Austin and her M.A. in Music Education from Columbia University Teacher's College, New York. She is an active member of MTNA and MTAC. Her students have been recognized with honors at local festivals and recitals. She has been teaching private lessons for over 15 years and enjoys the individual relationship that blossoms with her students and watching them grow - not only musically but also personally.
As a full scholarship recipient at the University of Texas, she studied with Danielle Martin, student of the legendary pianist Leon Fleisher at Peabody Conservatory. Grace has experience on the adjunct faculty at Vanguard University in CA, and group piano classes at Orange County School of the Arts, a nationally-acclaimed arts magnet school in Santa Ana, CA. Grace also has marketing experience with organizations such as the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the Philharmonic Society of Orange County.
Grace's favorite job is being a mom to two happy kids, ages 6 and 8. She is looking forward to getting plugged into her new community in sunny California.
