I started college on a piano scholarship but changed my major to engineering so I would have better job opportunities. After 33 years in Engineering, I took early retirement in order to teach piano. My Studio objectives are that every student enjoys making music; learns to read musical notation; learns to improvise; develops strong rhythmic sense; and plays music by themselves and with others.
I've been teaching piano since 2011 as a profession. I was church pianist and choir accompanist in Danville, IN for 12 years. After that, I joined the Worship and Praise team at a different church where I played for 4 years.
I currently attend Calvary Chapel in Danville, where the Worship and Praise team is fully staffed.
