Biography: |
My goal teaching music is for students to create, learn, and enjoy music throughout their lives.
Your Musical Journeys offers private and group piano and trumpet instruction. Students have the opportunity to participate in two recitals each year, along with additional recitals and assessments. Students are not required to participate in recitals or assessments, but are encouraged to participate when they are ready.
Additional class offerings include: Musikgarten classes for babies through child age. KiddyKeys is a pre-piano program offered for ages 3-5 years old.
Suzuki trumpet is available for students as young as four years old.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Wind Instruments (Trumpet) from The University of Michigan. Masters Degree in Music Education from Boston University. Suzuki Level 1 Certified Trumpet teacher. California Teaching Credential in K-12 Music.
