Ms. Allen has been teaching piano since 1984. In college, she earned a B.A. degree with a major in Music and minor in Business. She has accompanied various instrumentalists and vocalists as well as performed for events and weddings extensively. She continues to play, perform, and teach students in Shelton and many nearby towns. In addition to a Studio in Shelton, she also teaches at the Shelton Community Center and Susanna Wesley School in their after-school enrichment program. Students ages 4 to adult can learn various styles of music and sound note-reading and theory skills and technique with Ms. Allen’s classes and lessons.
