Biography: |
I began playing for church at the age of 9, and have served a number of churches as accompanist over the ensuing 50+ years. I have taught piano for 30 years - 10 years in Los Angeles, 20 years in Texas. I accept students from 7 to 70, and tailor the learning program to suit the individual's needs and desires. I enter my students in several festivals, but I do not enter them in Guild. We have one spring recital, annually, and I do teach through the Summer. I offer Skype or FaceTime lessons for students out of my area.
I also offer contest/audition prep for singers and instrumentalists, and frequently serve as accompanist for performances.
